If you use ActiveCampaign, you can connect it to Attribution and automatically track all stage changes under "Deals" which will help you built your Return on Ad Spend.


Attribution setup for ActiveCampaign Integration

ActiveCampaign integration requires that you identify() users with email trait set and matching your Salesforce Lead or Contact email.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Developer in ActiveCampaign


  1. Enter the URL and Key into your Attribution account

  1. Data will automatically start flowing within 15 minutes.


Benefits from connecting ActiveCampaign & Attribution

Your Persons Identified

Contacts created in ActiveCampaign will be tracked, so you see the Full Name and Email in Attribution instead of just a numerical identifier. Changes to contacts "Lifecycle Stage" and "Lead Status" will be tracked as events.

Deal Tracking

Your ActiveCampaign Deals will now be tracked. Every Deal State change is reflected as an event in Attribution. If the Deal has stage Closed Won and an amount, it will be tracked as Revenue in Attribution.
